I haven’t had the chance to use my “Sling A Ling” yet because I didn’t receive my original order that said it was delivered to my house. I emailed your customer service department one time and explained what had happened and Karen Ellis emailed me back almost immediately. She tried tracking the package as well did I with no success. Without me even asking she replaced and re shipped my order to me in a very timely manner and she was so helpful and polite throughout the whole process. It’s very rare to find customer service like that anywhere from any company these days and it is very much appreciated. She didn’t technically have to help me at all due to the problem being on my end, but she did and for that I will definitely be a repeat customer and will definitely spread the word about Jakt Gear products and the amazing service. Great Bow Sling
Love several key points about this sling, for example how light it is, not required to remove it to shoot an arrow. One of my main concerns is I usually hunt wearing coveralls & not confident the sling will be long enough with heavy coveralls on.
Hi Viktor, thanks for your review! You can adjust the length based on how many times you wrap the sling around your riser and which cutout you choose. We haven't had any issues (knock on wood) with customers needing a longer size. Hope this helps, and we hope you love your JAKT Gear!
