Textile Production/Assembler

Jakt Gear is a veteran-owned and operated company in Saint Charles, Missouri. We manufacture sporting goods accessories for the outdoor industry and are hiring additional full-time and part-time employees. We offer hiring preferences to U.S. Service Veterans, First Responders, and their families.

The work consists of using a loom to braid and tie paracord straps. Braiding the paracord does require some upper body strength to pull the cord tightly. Please review our website jaktgear.com to learn more about our company, our products and see if this is work you would enjoy.

We have part-time and full-time positions at our warehouse, or you can work from home and drop off the finished product once a week and pick up new supplies for the coming week. If you choose the work from home option, we pay for each piece you finish.

Requirements:
• Must have transportation to/from St. Charles.

Tasks:
• Review work orders to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Perform quality checks on products.
• Spend Time Making Repetitive Motions — Continually or almost continually.
• Importance of Being Exact or Accurate — Very important.

Skills:
• Finger Dexterity — The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
